Arsenault Bros. Construction Ltd. was started in 1983 by Carl Arsenault of St. Nicholas, Prince Edward Island. Carl and his wife, Anne Marie incorporated the company with Carl's brothers Bert and Clarence Arsenault as directors. The men entered into the construction field installing drywall and seam filling gyproc on a labour only basis. Some of the first jobs completed by the three brothers was an addition to the Tyne Valley Hospital and a renovation in the Zellers store in Charlottetown.
Carl now has two sons currently involved full time with management in the business. Bert also has two sons that are full time employees.

With years of hard work the company gradually evolved into doing complete interior fit-ups, steel stud framing, steel door frames and hardware, drywall, seam filling, suspended T-bar ceilings, acoustical ceiling tile, suspended drywall ceilings, and detailed bulkheads(suspended clowds). Eventually Arsenault Bros. expanded into "building envelopes" for commercial and industrial buildings which includes, engineered structural steel stud systems. They also specialize in high quality exterior insulation systems. (Stucco)

Some of the larger commercial jobs that Arsenault Bros has done in the past include the O'Leary Hospital, Alberton Hospital, Polyclinic in Charlottetown, Red Shores Gaming Facility in Charlottetown, Culinary Institute for Holland College, Summerside Wellness Centre, UPEI School of Business, Atlantic Vet College addition, Summerside Medical Centre, Sobeys and Wal-Mart in Summerside as well as the Athena, Miscouche, SIS and Elm Street schools. These are only a few of the jobs professionally done by Arsenault Bros. not to mention the large amount of residential drywall and taping jobs.

Arsenault Bros has an average, 30-40 tradesmen on job sites Island wide, including between 4-8 Job Foremen and 4 office staff with 2 Estimators/Project managers. Many of these employees have over 20 years experience and extensive knowledge in carpentry, framing(steel&wood), drywall, seam filling, walls and ceilings, doors/windows/hardware, insulation/vapour barrier, etc.
