Actual Construction is a construction company founded by Richard Martin. Richard has over 25 years experience in the building industry. He worked as a high-end carpenter in Ireland and has also worked independently as a superintendent managing multi-million dollar projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Richard has spent many years gaining invaluable experience within the construction industry in Canada. He decided to branch out and start Actual Construction to combine his knowledge of European and Canadian standards to deliver a unique construction package which has proven to have higher quality workmanship and more satisfied customers.

Actual Construction specializes in industrial, commercial and residential building. Fully equipped with highly skilled carpenters and labourers, along with specialty sub trades, Actual Construction has the ability to personalize services to cater to all our clients' needs.
