Conrad Chiarcos established Adine Builders Limited in 1972 after graduating from the University of Windsor with a Civil Engineering Degree. Conrad was instrumental in the supervision and management of many industrial, commercial and institutional projects in Southwestern Ontario including a number of CAW townhouse and apartment developments ranging from $3 million to $10 million.

Through the years a strong company foundation was formed and sons Greg and Rob joined the company. Starting from an early age as on-site workers, the valuable hands-on experience has allowed them to take leading roles in the company. The experience and knowledge of their father has assisted them well in their pursuit to bring the company into the next generation of construction management and general contracting.

The strong engineering values and background of all three continue to be a guiding force in the ongoing development of a company who prides itself in serving its clients with integrity, professionalism and commitment to excellence to every project.
