American Contracting is owned and operated by Don Spencer and we are a tight-knit group of guys that are more like a family than any average work crew and as a result we bring out the best in each other as well as expecting the best from each other in all that we do. As far as roofing, we specialize in: shingle style where we provide the option of a nail-over of an existing layer of roofing or a tear-off in which your roof would start fresh at the roof deck with a brand new single layer of roofing, metal style where we can cover over many types of roofing underneath without the need to totally tear off to give your roof a metal top layer with the option of a variety of colors the vertical panels come in, and rubber style which is commercial grade and super heavy duty as well as being the ideal and perfect choice of top roof layer for sections of your roof that are flat and/or a very low pitch.
