Ardmore Construction Ltd. was incorporated in January, 1981. We specialize in single family residential custom homes, additions and renovations. We are a family business with owner Chris Neal overseeing all construction activities. Chris' wife, Cheryl, has been involved in the business since its inception, taking care of general office and bookkeeping duties, as well as having the benefit of experience as a legal secretary. With thirty-four years of experience, Chris and Cheryl Neal strive to provide their clients with the same honesty, integrity, service and quality workmanship that they would expect if building their own home or renovation.


Building a new home, renovating or adding on to your existing home can be one of the biggest investments a person can make, both financially and emotionally. It is our goal on each and every project we undertake to provide our clients with quality workmanship and materials, as well as good service both during and after each project has been completed. We are also proud to state that in our thirty-four years of business we have never been involved in a legal dispute or court action.
