Terrible New Home buying experience. This feeling is echoed more than once in our area. Nice features, poor workmanship. Unprofessional, non responsive, very poor pride in workmanship overall. Please read and re-read everything and make sure you stay on top of any warranty work, do not deal directly with builder. Ensure you get everything in writing and signed off on. Ensure you have all your warranty work required well documented and copy your New Home Warranty Provider on EVERYTHING. If you can - find an additional new home builder and compare - two years in and we have to replace carpets, wood flooring, exterior door, all faucets, repaint whole house and replace all trim. Most windows replaced within first year. Furnace already serviced once a year (x2) thank goodness we had warranty still. There are other options maybe look at a reputable new home builders instead. New contractors have shown up, great information they provide to what is currently still unacceptable from a new home build perspective. I even get to listen to plastic rustling in the wind between my garage wall and faux decorative stone outside. Makes me want to go pick up BUT alas, I'm stuck with the noise. Family member showed up as well to ask me to remove my review. Wish I could give a five star rating - they know why... To date we still have many items that we will be out of pocket on because of this experience with purchasing a new built home from here. Buyer Be Aware.
