Ascension Builders is your local custom home builder. With less than 6 homes per year, Ascension is able to focus on the details of your home and maintain a high standard of excellence in all aspects of building a home to your unique specifications. We take pleasure in the quality and detail put in to every home.

When building a custom home, you deal directly with the builder, Jonathan Simmons. When you deal with the person in charge your home turns out exactly as you want. We take pride in being a builder that is focused on positive relationships with our customers.

Ascension Builders was founded by Jonathan Simmons and Brett Charbonneau in 2009 and has quickly gained a reputation for quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Jonathan is a third generation homebuilder and was apprenticed under Dorian Anderson, a prominent custom homebuilder of over 30 years. All Ascension staff consists of red seal ticketed carpenters and/or registered carpentry apprentices and is capable of taking your home from start to completion.
