Bowen & Watson, Inc., is an industry leader in construction management. Troy L. Bowen, Sr. and Harold L. Watson established Bowen & Watson, Inc. in 1956. After working as partners with their father for more than twenty-five years, Kevin and Keith Watson now own and operate the firm, which is known as one of the oldest and largest General Contracting & Construction Management teams in Northeast Georgia.During our fifty-eight year history, construction of K-12 projects has become our specialty. Our record of excellence and achievement in the development of quality schools has become a catalyst for growth. Bowen & Watson, Inc. has been and will remain to be an industry leader by being fair, honest, accountable, and proper stewards of public agencies by simply doing "The Right Thing."Bowen & Watson, Inc. provides effective risk managment by proactively managing scope definition, schedule compliance, and cost and quality control during all phases of the construction process. While actively providing Design-Bid-Build and Design Build services, Bowen & Watson, Inc. also performs many of their projects as a Construction Manager (CM) at-Risk.
