C & M Homes was started by two brothers, Clarence and Morris Lamontagne in 1965. They have been building homes in Saskatchewan for years. In January 2011 Paul Kapell of Kapell Construction Ltd. purchased C & M Homes and continues to build homes at Clarence’s high standards of workmanship. Paul has been building homes in Saskatchewan and Alberta for over 15 years. Paul has had his I.P. Journeyman Certificate since 1998, and has experience building both commercial and residential structures.
