Austin and his brother Johnny have been working side by side to build a reputable company, just as their father had done before them. John Carroll, their father, was the original owner of Carroll Homes but after he passed away in 2009 the company seemed lost too. Since then, the brothers have worked hard to get the name back and begin to rebuild the company to what it once was. Austin, a red seal journeyman, and Johnny a fourth-year commerce student only make up half the team. Additionally, they employ a second red seal journeyman Mike Deslauriers as well as other capable laborers and students.
