Outstanding friendliness and professionalism. We had a major problem with our sewer that turned out to be full of tree roots. Paul organized getting the town people to check out there end and getting an excavator contractor to dig up the line. The sewer piping was replaced and sewer service restored within the day. The water supply was done the very next day with new standard piping therefore avoiding future problems. In all I rate Paul as the best person for any plumbing issue. I give him 5 stars and a heartfelt thank you for resolving our problem.
