DiSabatino Construction Company, founded in 1981, is anchored by fourth and fifth generation members of the DiSabatino family, premier builders in the Delaware area since the early 1900’s.

DiSabatino Construction operates as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, Design/Build Contractor, and Trade Contractor. We have built offices, churches, schools, warehouses, industrial complexes, shopping centers, hospitals, apartment complexes, and bridges. Our clients include corporations, the State of Delaware and other public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private owners. We have leveraged our heritage, experience, and value for safety, quality, and superior customer service to become one of the largest merit shop construction organizations in the region.

During 1993, DiSabatino Maintenance was established to focus on maintenance/facilities services with DuPont as our first client. Our skilled maintenance and trade workers execute their duties with our commitment to quality and safety. We offer “Total Building Services” which provides our clients an opportunity to leverage all of our trade disciplines with a sole source of responsibility and accountability for many clients today.

DiSabatino Homes was formally established in 2001 as a separate entity to expand our business portfolio and to successfully offer our quality services in the residential market. We have completed hundreds of single-family homes, town homes, condominiums, and apartments.

DiSabatino Ventures, LLC functions as a developer and equity partner in the residential, apartment, and commercial investment market. While this can provide an opportunity to leverage the services of the other entities, it also allows our customers or partners an experienced and diversified organization to satisfy their real estate development needs.
