Fletcher Construction Company is a Wyoming general contractor that was founded in 1955 by Joseph L. Fletcher and Shirley M. Fletcher. The company has been privately owned and managed by the Fletcher family for over three generations. George Fletcher is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors after serving as the
President and developing and growing the company with his wife, Susan Patton Fletcher, for over 30 years. Eric Bouley is the current acting President and together with his wife, Amy Fletcher Bouley, the tradition of quality workmanship and excellence in construction services lives on at Fletcher Construction

We maintain a solid working relationship with some of the area’s largest mechanical and electrical contracting firms who can assist with the selection process for the appropriate systems during the early phases of the design process. Historical cost information helps us to evaluate the relative costs and benefits of alternate systems.

Fletcher Construction has a long tradition of giving back to the communities. We encourage and support employee involvement in charitable activities. Our involvement includes corporate sponsorships and fundraising support; advisory assistance and hands-on assistance in donating labor, materials and/or equipment.
