Homes by JMS is a locally owned and operated by husband and wife; Josh & Mandy Kasper. After being in the housing and construction industry for a number of years working for others it was decided to start doing things in a different way and create Homes by JMS. They are dedicated to building outstanding homes from start to finish. Their goal is to get people into their dream home at an affordable price with exceptional workmanship.

At Homes by JMS you are not just a client, you are a friend and part of the JMS family. We want to create a relationship with you that is built on trust and honesty and we are more than happy to have you involved in every step of the construction process if you would like to be! If that seems daunting, don’t fret we have a line up of experts who will guide you every step of the way throughout this exciting process.

When choosing a JMS home you can choose of our many floor plans or we can create a custom design for you. All floor plans can be modified to suit your needs.

Every home is registered with the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan (NHWP). This includes deposit protection, 1 year workmanship and materials protection, 2 year water leak protection and 5 year major structural defects protection.
