The owner of this company needs to take a course in customer service. We paid $500 for a fence gate that doesn't open due to a warped post. He ignored multiple texts for over a month after making him aware of this issue. When he finally replied, he said there was nothing he could do. If we wanted the post replaced he would charge us. With so much competition out there save your money and spend it with a company who cares about customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND
