The company was founded by Chris Hawkswell in the rapidly expanding hospitality industry in and around the Niagara peninsula, and is based on the principal of providing quality management services to clients building exciting projects. Niacon prides itself on partnering with clients at the concept stage and working with them through the design development stage, providing ongoing construction sensitive advice to the design team; in an effort to assure schedule, budget, functionality and practicality. Typically, as construction approaches, the role of Niacon evolves into Construction Manager, which eliminates the traditional barriers between client and contractor associated with fixed price contracts. As construction managers Niacon delivers a finished product on budget and on schedule, while continually reacting to program, market and trade changes.
