Since 1988, PAX Construction Ltd. has been providing quality construction throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions. We provide traditional General Contracting as well as Construction Management Services, whether it be Management at Risk or Cost Plus using a fixed or percentage fee, with or without a maximum upset price.

Our projects are a mix of new construction, addition and renovation work ranging from $100,000.00 to $10 million dollars. We serve the commercial, institutional, light industrial, heritage and healthcare sectors. We have a substantial portfolio of challenging and innovative projects, with several award winners.

We procure work either through pre-qualified select tender calls or by negotiation with many returning clients or architectural firms.

Over our 26 year history we have put together an excellent team both in the office and in the field. PAX’s Management consists of hands-on working partners and employees who are all actively involved to ensure excellent services are provided, resulting in successful projects time after time. Our mandate is to provide a professional construction service that focuses on quality and integrity.
