Peak Ventures has been specializing in custom home building, renovations and commercial projects in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Whistler for many years. David Girard, as president of Peak Ventures, oversees all aspects of company operations. With a strong background of knowledge and experience in new construction, renovation, mechanical systems, maintenance management and professional property inspection, David lends Peak Ventures a broad technical foundation to anchor our business.

David’s strong ethical leadership combines with a team of young, enthusiastic and hardworking people creating an atmosphere for success. Through an ongoing schedule of weekly project and operations meetings, Peak successfully completes numerous projects on-time and on-budget. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Peak Ventures has a strong community connection in their area. They provide monetary donations to the local food bank, Police directory, and Women’s shelters. They also support the community in donating time to Board of Director positions, Sports coach and local baseball team. This on-going effort not only benefits the community but promotes active living and is sometimes just plain fun!

INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS INVOLVEMENT
Peak Ventures is a long-time and active member of the Canadian Home Builders Association, both locally and provincially. In addition David is on the Board of the BC Building Envelope Council as well as several boards, municipal committees and task forces. The Peak Ventures employees are encouraged and supported in their community involvement. They work hard but they also know what it is to have a ‘balanced lifestyle’.
