Great roofer! Fair price!

The roof started leaking in my mud room after about 2 years after Phil replaced all the shingles on the roof. After multiple times of calling phil to come repair, he never showed. I even contacted one of his friends who tried to contact him to take care of my complaint....nada. No Phil. I, a 68 year old woman had to crawl up there to fix it and found it was poor workmanship. With research, I was able to fix it myself. He tore out a whole piece of eavestrough so when it rains, there is more area for water to gather on the roof and hit the ground which then runs into the basement. Now, today, December 2025, it is leaking again but in a new place; water coming into my kitchen. There is so much wrong with this job it is beyond ridiculous. I am not exaggerating. Now, I put a review on Phil's Roofing 2 years ago here on Yelp and it is gone. So I am back to tell you, it is a crap shoot with this guy. You complain, you won't see him. Further to my review from yesterday, I have just noticed that the flashing that was installed around the chimney by Phil's Roofing is 'gone'. How can all that metal be gone without one piece being loose on the roof or in the yard from some heavy wind that hit on ALL sides of the chimney? Is Phil's Roofing that childish to come back in the middle of the night, remove that flashing because I complained for their shoddy work that is causing more damage to my property? Really? What other conclusion can you come to.
