Pitch Masters Roofing  

Was good at first then when warmer weather came roof started to leak through vent. -had 2 ppl he knew come over trying to say it's condensation. Trying to get out of work that he Derek had done. -Derek had to shovel ice and snow around vent that was letting water in. -Jan2021- -tried to weasel his way out of repairs and wasn't his fault since he was last company to go on my roof. -says it was condensation but no way with the amount of water with vent gap all of winter season August 2020-February2021. -I cut a 3 inch gap above bathtub cause I did NOT WANT an electrical issue. -he left his extension cord, caulking gun and business Visa card at my place. I returned. -I got professionals of my own to inspect roof job. -thought he would be a good roofer cause Home Depot used Derek but now I see why Home Depot got rid of the roofing companies. Home Depot would be the company paying for roofers errors. -Derek got to use to cutting corners as told by pictures. -had to find out what shingles used after done didn't tell me anything until after leaking. -Derek used IKO Camebridge shingles and the company had lawsuits against their products. -Derek did not tell me anything about how my roof looked before so was guessing it was fine. I was wrong. -Came over multiple times and still done wrong. -Also left a Bunch of NAILS around my property so kids and animals can get an infection costing more money cause of his poor pickup of his job. Overall the insurance companies and inspectors verified that the damage was 100% Derek's fault due to not installing vents correctly, not sealing around the vents and flashing also covering and NOT telling me that covered attic vent cause HE (Derek)thought it was odd. I don't do roofs or had any idea how done that's why I got a SO CALLED professional that has been doing roofing 15+ Years. A WARNING to all you people who want to use pitch masters roofing. Also his WARRANTY IS POINTLESS if he CANT do the ROOF RIGHT the FIRST TIME. That's why it took you 10 months to get your Insurance involved and by that time all the water you caused evaporated causing it to rise into roof from heat. Your company is pathetic claiming NOTHING but CAUSING ISSUES. WAITING. this Company should never be used cause it will cost you money. WARNING TO ALL. IM NOT ONE TO KNOW HOW ROOF OF DONE THATS WHY I GOT THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL TO KNOW!!!. I WAS WRONG ON PROFESSIONAL. NO WONDER YOU DELETED THE GOOGLE REVIEW AND YELLOW PAGES REVIEW. YOU=BS
