For over 20 years Steve Ladner and Kirk Stockner have worked together designing, building, restoring and renovating beautiful homes, cottages and cabins. Steve founded the company in 1989 and Kirk became partner in 2005 after working with Quantum since its inception. Together, Steve and Kirk have developed a reputation for fine craftsmanship, excellent design sensibility and outstanding communication with their clients. The building process is, after all, a dance of creativity, ideas, practicalities, and budget all needing to coalesce into a clear vision. Steve and Kirk make this process an enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
