Rdon Construction specializes in building luxury custom homes with a focus on quality. The company continues a family tradition of more than 20 years building exclusive homes in Vancouver. Jacob and Ruth Ardon have been at the head of the company for over ten years and having grown up in and around this business they are veterans of single family home construction in Vancouver.

Every home built by Rdon Construction is protected by a 10-year warranty program provided by National Home Warranty. This coverage is approved under the BC HOMEOWNER PROTECTION ACT

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COVERAGE:
2 YEAR COVERAGE FOR MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP, AND MAJOR SYSTEMS
5 YEAR COVERAGE FOR THE BUILDING ENVELOPE
10 YEAR COVERAGE FOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS
