About UsSeismic Rehab LLC is an outgrowth of our parent company Miller Consulting Engineers. The engineers at Miller Consulting Engineers, Inc. found some innovative solutions to an old problem. They decided to start Seismic Rehab LLC to provide a cost effective solution to many problems that are typically expensive to repair.Mission: Our Mission is to provide cost-effective methods to the architectural and engineering community for the seismic rehabilitation of building and structures.What We do:Seismic Rehab LLC is a contractor that will install the system as well as provide shop drawings, specifications and stamped structural calculations based on the architect's, engineer's, and owner's requirements. The Seismic Rehab systems allow the existing structure to remain intact, with superior strength enhancement to resist seismic or other lateral loading.The Various Rehab Systems:All of the Seismic Rehab systems provide seismic strengthening, increased insulation, reduced sound transmission, and do not harm the existing building components. The adhesive properties of the cellular plastic used for anchorage has typical factors of safety greater than 30, and is typically much less labor intensive, saving time, and costs.
