Having professionals manage the job takes the worry out of balancing all the different contractors that are involved to create that perfect outdoor space.

- Provide quotes for all aspects of a job and pre-plans the job, securing supplies and crews to ensure the project is constructed efficiently and effectively. Different crews such as stone crew, asphalt crew, planting crew, lighting or irrigation crew, excavation crew, timber crew, sod crew, etc., need to be brought in at the right time.

-We work with the overall design for the space and introduce each component at the appropriate time and the client knows what to expect cost and timelines.

-Work with the clients and communicate with the contractors to ensure everyone is up to date with the progress and construction is completed with a strong attention to detail.

-Ensure the landscape design is constructed according to the design and deals with all unforeseen issues that may arise as there is a designer project managing each job to ensure a beautiful space is created each and every time.

-We job cost and review regularly all aspects of construction throughout the process to ensure the job is on time and on target.

-Manage all contractor billing, and payments. Payments for supplies, project down payments, and appropriate progress payments for work completed are reviewed and processed. We ensure customer satisfaction prior to project completion and final payment.

-We follow-up with clients to ensure the landscape has been constructed properly and any problems have been addressed.
