I have used this company since 2010. Living out of the province, I have trusted this company to do many different repairs. Toilets *3 over 4 yrs. Water stains, plumbing, HVAC system, and much much more. I had them do my roof. Which wasn't that old to begin with. I was charged 22,000. The shingles were never secured properly. Over all just a poor job. And the water damage continued. I tried to contact them multiple times since 2019, asking for the warranty. Also, who he used as contractors, along with himself. To this date, I never received a reply. He also replaced a dishwasher with no warranty and no paperwork as to where he purchased it from. It was also not secured properly. There have been many jobs since 2010 that he said were completed, but upon an inspection, it was proven otherwise. Here is what my roof requires after being done the middle of 2019. OBSERVED AT LOCATION(s): Roof EXPLANATION & IMPACT: Loose shingles or shingle tabs are noted, such that the shingles are not fully secured and bonded to adjacent shingles. Loose roof shingles represent a risk for the shingles to become detached, particularly during windy conditions. Loose shingles may also present an increased risk of water infiltration in the area of the affected shingles. Progressive damage may occur to underlying and adjacent shingles and could potentially result in water infiltration to the interior. Loose shingles and shingle tabs covering should be repaired. A roofing specialist may be required to perform the repairs. The toilet that was replaced 3 times along with other work that had to be done. Here are the findings; 3 CONDITION: Caulking is incomplete or missing at floor junction OBSERVED AT LOCATION(s): Ensuite Bathroom Toilet is not secured to the floor. EXPLANATION & IMPACT: Caulking is required to provide an effective barrier against water penetration. Caulking is a preventative action to keep water from seeping into walls/floors, and causing damage associated with leaks Failure to provide effective sealing can result in damage and costly repairs.
