New Victorian Homes

New Victorian Homes was started in 1991 by Dieter Staubitzer and his wife Tina. Since that first project, we have been steadily building homes � but also ourselves � by providing exceptional craftsmanship and forging strong relationships. That blueprint has helped us become one of Newfoundland and Labrador's largest and most trusted home construction companies.

Today, over 1,000 families live in homes built by New Victorian Homes, and that number continues to grow. On any given day, we will generally have between 60 and 70 homes under construction, covering a full range of shapes, styles and sizes. The name may say "Victorian," but as can be seen in our designs and our New Home Photo Gallery, the emphasis is on giving customers the homes that they want, whatever style that might be.

New Victorian Homes is also an active participant in the home construction industry's leading organizations. Dieter Staubitzer is past chair of the board of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program, and is also a past board member of the Canadian Home Warranty Council. He has served as President of the Newfoundland Home Builder's Association, and was also a director of the Eastern Newfoundland Home Builders' Association.
