Poor customer service , faulty installation work. I purchased a shower enclosure, shower head and faucet from potts. The installation work was shoddy. The shower door leaked and ruined the gyproc wall. When the installer finally arrived to re-do the work, the shower door still leaked. In addition, there was a hairline leak in the ABS drain he installed. The chrome post holding the shower head started peeling a month later but potts would not replace it. Finally, the manufacturer sent us a new replacement for free. The store manager was boorish every time I called. Finally, I hired a real plumber who repaired all the problems. Do not buy anything from potts. You’ll be sorry if you do.
